  • What does AoPrep stand for and what does it mean?
AoPrep stands for Alpha & Omega LSAT Prep. Alpha & Omega are the first and last two letters of the Greek alphabet and a title ascribed to the Christian God. As a Christian, I aspire to glorify the name of God in all I do.
  • Why did you become an LSAT tutor?
I love teaching the LSAT and being a source of encouragement to students eager to learn. It brings me joy every time I see my students have an "aha" moment during the private lessons. I'm proud to have tutored so many students who went on to achieve amazing test scores and receive admission to the law schools of their dreams. I'm grateful that I get to be a big part of their law journeys.
  • Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?
No! I give students the choice to pay in 2 installments for flexibility.
  • What package should I choose? The AoPrep Ultimate, or Logical Reasoning Mastery or Reading Comprehension Intensive?
If you want tutoring for all sections of the LSAT, you should choose the AoPrep Ultimate, which covers all sections of the LSAT. If you need more focused coaching on Logical Reading or Reading Comprehension, then those section-specific packages are more suitable for you.
  • How many hours will we spend on each section for the AoPrep Ultimate?
This largely depends on your individual strengths and weaknesses. As a general principle, I endeavor to devote a greater number of instructional hours to Logical Reasoning since it is the biggest section of the LSAT (coming August 2024).
  • How will the sessions be scheduled?
Scheduling is highly flexible. We will find a time that works best for the two of us. I will try my best to work around your schedule.
  • How do I study on my own time outside our tutoring sessions?
I will tell you exactly what questions to drill and how to drill.
  • Where would we meet for online tutoring?
Through Zoom. I teach on the Zoom whiteboard.
  • Can we have the online sessions recorded?
Absolutely. Almost all of my students request their online sessions be recorded and sent to them for their review.
  • Can we chat outside the tutoring hours?
If you have any questions, call or email me at anytime and I will make myself available at the earliest. If you are stressed or anxious about the exam or the prep process, I'd be happy to chat as well.
  • What is your policy for rescheduling/cancelling sessions?
The Student may reschedule a prepaid session up to 48-hours before the scheduled time for reasons of a family emergency or illness and apply any pre‐payment to a future session. Lessons not attended for any other reason by the student without providing 48 hours prior notice to the Tutor shall be deemed to have forfeited the session.
  • Who is your favourite quotation from a book?
"If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" [Romans 10:9]. The Holy Bible
